After traveling from North Carolina to Barbados to participate in the 2025 Republic Bank Sir Charles Williams International Tournament, the Ebony Anglers (Gia Peebles, Glenda Turner, Lesleigh Mausi, and Tiana Davis) were determined not to leave empty-handed.
Day 2 of the tournament saw them landing the heaviest Wahoo of the entire tounrament, weighing in at 40 lbs. It must have been fate, given that they were fishing aboard the boat Wicked Wahoo! Competition was fierce, and the group of female anglers proved that they had what it took to be able to be awarded a prize.
