Team members of the Barbados Fisheries Division participated in a Vision Board Workshop on Friday, 19 January 2024 in the Regatta Training Rooms at Cube Blue. Vision boards are tools for personal and professional growth, and many teams use vision boards to turn dreams into realistic goals. During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to delve into their motivations and aspirations for the Barbados Fishing Industry in 2024.
The workshop was facilitated by the dynamic Norma Shorey (Catalyst Consultants). She urged team members to share their viewpoints, provide constructive input, and build upon one another’s ideas to foster a culture of candid communication. As teams collaborated, they gain insights into each other’s backgrounds and objectives. This interactive approach nurtured a deeper understanding among team members, leading to a vision board that is both insightful and effective in reflecting the team’s collective aspirations.
